Property
A specific piece of real estate — genuinely independent of any single Project or Company. The same address can be linked to multiple Projects over time (repeat business), and multiple Contacts (owner, tenant, HOA contact).
The tab order below is the default. An administrative user can reorganize or reorder these tabs per site.

Unlike the Projects tab, removing a contact here is literally labeled "Delete" rather than "Unlink," even though it only removes the link, not the Person record.
