Let clients pay their Invoices online, right from the Client Portal, with a real card-payment button. Entirely optional — if you never connect, nothing changes: keep collecting payment however you already do and mark Invoices paid manually.
Site Admin → Site Settings, then the Payments tab. There's nothing to fill in here directly — it's a status display plus one button, since the whole setup happens on Stripe's own hosted pages.
Redirects you to Stripe's own onboarding flow (a new Express account, created automatically the first time you click this). Don't already have a Stripe account? One gets created for you as part of this same flow — free to create, no separate signup needed first.
Business details, bank account for payouts, identity verification — all on Stripe's hosted pages, not inside ClientManager. If you get interrupted or the link expires mid-way, coming back to the Payments tab shows Onboarding Incomplete with a Continue Setup button that picks up right where you left off — nothing to redo.
Once Stripe confirms your account (status flips to Connected), every Invoice marked Client Visible with a balance due automatically shows a Pay Now button on the client's own Portal. Nothing else to configure per-Invoice.
Payments land directly in your own Stripe account, not REYESCO's — we never hold or touch the funds. Stripe's own standard processing fee (the same rate any Stripe user pays) applies as usual; that's between you and Stripe, same as if you'd connected Stripe to any other app.
